Valma - local slang for Valmadrera - is the closest and windiest windsurfing spot in Milan's area. The north thermic wind blows regularly between March and November. It starts early in the morning, from dawn till 10.00 am. It's a very good freestyle/freeride spot. Average sail size is 5,0/5,3.
